the cleanliness left something to be desired. i found dust in the room. the bed covering had remains of a spider (after we dealt with it). staff did not seem to care about the mess.

i found the staff very helpful and friendly i especially appreciated the sauna it was a great way to relax after a long day the location worked really well it was perfect for what i needed.

my room did not have air conditioning which was an issue as it was quite warm there were no extra pillows available when i asked at reception the breakfast setup was challenging it was difficult to access things because of the layout.
